Getting Started

Whilst every effort has been made to make Question-Maker as easy to use as possible, we realise that you will want to get your first questionnaire ready as soon as possible.

We therefore offer a low cost service to construct your questionnaire for you for the nominal sum of $150^*. Its simple, all you have to do is purchase your Question-Maker licence and then follow these easy steps:

		E-mail the questions for your questionnaire to Q-Build q-build@question-maker.com
		Include in the E-mail any graphics (.jpeg or .gif) - please keep these image files as small as possibe (ideally less than 50k bytes).
		In order for us to be sure you are the authorised Question-Maker account holder, please include in the E-mail your Question-Maker sign-on details (user ID and password).
		Please also include in the E-mail a telephone number and contact name.

What you get in return:

		We will construct your questionnaire for you using your Question-Maker account.
		We will E-mail to you a link that will run your questionnaire - simply paste this link into your website or any E-mails that you wish to send to your customers or prospects.
		We will help you via E-mail with any questions you have regarding the construction of the questionnaire.
		You will be able to examine how we constructed your questionnaire using your Question-Maker account and so learn from the experts. This will enable you to quickly learn advanced techniques for building your own future questionnaires, if you so wish.
		You can use this questionnaire construction service as many times as you wish.

Results and Reporting

As standard, Question-Maker provides the following facilities:

		Results of your questionnaires (or exam papers) immediately available for download.
		Load the results directly into spreadsheets like MS Excel and analyse your results.
		Industry standard csv (comma separated variable) file format.
		Results may also be loaded directly into databases like MS Access allowing you to customize reports and perform detailed analysis.

We recognise that, sometimes, our customers will want help designing their reports and we offer a low cost service that can be used, for example, to develop an Access report. This can cost from as little as $100-$150 for a once-off design fee (actual cost depends on complexity).

Question-Maker reserves the right to decline the construction of any questionnaires that are deemed to be too long or inappropriate for publication. Payment for this construction service is currently by invoice.
