Generate Revenue for your Business

All businesses need to stimulate their customer base to order from time to time. Loyal customers sometimes stray to competitors, or simply need reminding to order from you.

  • Construct a promotional questionnaire using Question-Maker asking about the kind of services your customers are likely to value. For example, a training company might inquire about the importance of different types of managerial or technical skills.

  • As an incentive for completing the questionnaire, offer your customer a reward, such as a money-off voucher against new orders. Customer's are more likely to order a service or product if they believe they are getting a special offer or a discount.

  • Send E-mails to your customer base and prospects and include a link to your promotional questionnaire. In the E-mail, explain what it is about and that it contains a special offer if the questionnaire is completed.

  • Alternatively, or as well, place a link to your promotional questionnaire on your website.
